ABnote's Barcode Unit has been a major supplier of barcode products to the Australian market since 1980. We also export to New Zealand, England, Italy, USA.

We specialise in highly accurate barcode symbols, using an electrophotographic process. Unique electrophotographic barcode labels are created via a no-contact flash fusion technique, providing superior barcode reproduction and creating perfect prints at every pass. The high quality, extraordinarily durable prints also give versatility in sizing, to match different requirements of various industry barcode management system requirements.

Barcodes are currently being used in a variety of industries to control inventory, identify and track parts/finished products, improve quality control and streamline re-order and distribution processes.

In addition to standard library barcode labels, we produce full colour, barcode plastic library patron cards, specialty labels such as circular or donut labels for CD/DVD applications and aluminium and foil labels that perform in harsh (outdoor or chemical) environments.

 

With the increased adoption of RFID in the library and Asset management industry for data automation, ABnote sees the roles of RFID and barcodes as complementary. We are able to provide a complete RFID automation system that uses your current barcode infrastructure to assist in the migration of barcode to RFID.
